**Job Title:** Learning Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Program Manager to join our team and drive the development and execution of innovative learning initiatives that support our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. They will be responsible for designing and facilitating training programs, communicating policies to leaders, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and solving business problems with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward-looking opportunities
  • Contributing to reporting on training activities and analyzing data to drive results and learning effectiveness
  • Working strategically with L&D leaders to identify innovative learning solutions and localize training programs
  • Driving adherence to standard learning solutions and gathering feedback from operational teams on areas for improvement
  • Creating and managing communication strategies to promote key training processes and activities across the network

**Required Skills and Qualifications:*

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
