We are seeking a support worker to join our team. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing direct support to individuals with living with disability or mental health concerns.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting individuals with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and facilitating community access. You will also be responsible for implementing Individual and Behaviour Support plans, inclusive of following plans and protocols, collecting and collating data, and attending regular training sessions.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Preference for Certificate 3 in Individual Support or traineeships available for people who do not have an existing qualification
  • Preferred experience supporting people with living with disability or mental health concerns either in a paid, voluntary or lived experienced capacity

As a support worker, you will work a variety of shifts, inclusive of mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, split shifts, and weekend work. Our leadership team will work directly with you to establish a roster that promotes a great work-life balance.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You must also be able to maintain professional boundaries while building rapport with individuals.
