About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our Funds team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Erik Setio, advising on complex regulatory issues affecting the funds and financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience and a background in financial services regulatory, investment product, and/or fund-related matters. You will be a proactive and client-focused individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on complex regulatory issues affecting the funds and financial services industry
  • Work with a variety of funds and financial services institutions and advisory firms
  • Develop innovative solutions and complex transactions
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members
