About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage significant change and communications initiatives across our business. This includes change activities related to rolling out major business IT projects, internal communications, our internal Intranet platform, website, and employee training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that these areas effectively support our strategic goals and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Communication Strategies: Effectively convey change initiatives to all levels of the organization, ensuring seamless communication and minimal resistance.
  • Manage the Stowe Intranet and Website: Oversee the management of our internal Intranet and website as critical tools for internal communications and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate Training Programs: Work with HR to develop and implement training programs that align with change initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Lead Change Management Projects: Ensure that change is implemented effectively, with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Facilitate buy-in and support for change initiatives among key stakeholders and leaders.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators: Establish and maintain KPIs to measure the success of communication strategies, intranet functionality, and training programs.
  • Provide Expertise and Support: Offer expertise and support for projects outside the primary scope, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in change management, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with digital tools and platforms, including intranet, SharePoint, websites, and learning management systems.
