Our organization seeks an experienced Service Desk Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient technical support for clients.

About This Role

This is a full-time on-site position based in Canberra for a Service Desk Manager. The role will be responsible for leading the service desk team, handling escalated issues, developing and implementing IT service management processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

We require an individual with strong skills in Help Desk Support, Technical Support, and IT Service Management. The successful candidate will have experience in Service Desk Management, proficiency in Technical Support and IT Service Management, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
