We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer experiences in a dynamic banking environment.

About the Role

This consultant will play a key role in meeting customers' end-to-end financial needs, delivering seamless transactions and educating them on digital solutions.

As a collaborative team member, you will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. Our customer promises are at the heart of what we do, ensuring customers leave our branches as strong advocates for our business.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating them on digital solutions.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to know your customer from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Your Skills
  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience an advantage
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge of digital channels an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound understanding of compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
