As a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to older individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care duties, including domestic cleaning, personal care, cooking, transport, social outings, shopping, home maintenance, and gardening.

By working collaboratively with our team and other stakeholders, you will ensure seamless customer outcomes and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and care provided.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">

- A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar)

">

- Ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties

">

- Empathy and commitment to the care of older people

">

- Good interpersonal and written communication skills

">

- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised

">

- Current First Aid certificate or enrolled to obtain

">

- Current Drivers Licence, a reliable car with comprehensive car insurance

">
