Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to fill the role of Disability Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to participants, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal grooming.
  • Encourage participants to engage in community activities, foster social inclusion, and develop meaningful relationships.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring each participant's unique needs are met.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Proof of Right to Work
  • Australian Qualifications relevant to Individual Support (Certificate III)
  • Current Police Clearance
  • First Aid and CPR Certification
  • Completion of the Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'
