**Job Title:** Assistant in Nursing

**Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant in Nursing to join our team. The successful candidate will provide designated core duties assisting patients with activities of daily living and observing people with behavioural risks in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional health care.

The role involves working under the direction of Registered Nurses and is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Observe patients with behavioural risks and report any concerns to the Registered Nurse
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration as an Enrolled Nurse or equivalent
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
