The Rotational Graduate Program is an 18-month experience designed for enthusiastic graduates from various disciplines.

  • Key responsibilities include assisting with crop planning, pest and disease management, irrigation and soil management.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for the Rotational Graduate Program, candidates must:

  • Be in their final year or have recently completed a bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Agribusiness, Business, or a related field.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation with relevant insurances.
  • Be prepared to relocate and work at different sites during the program, most of which are regional locations.
  • Commence the Graduate Program on February 9, 2026, and have full working rights in Australia.
