Job Opportunity: Harvest Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Harvest Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tasmania.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables, trimming and topping produce, washing and sorting vegetables, grading and packing vegetables, and ensuring high animal welfare standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively in paddock or pack shed environments.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity and quality control.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role or relevant industry sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Devonport, Tasmania.
