The ideal candidate for this leadership role will possess a strong track record of driving business growth and fostering high-performing teams. With at least 8 years of experience in Family Law, the successful individual will have a deep understanding of the practice area and be able to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the family law practice in Melbourne with a focus on driving further growth
- Manage and mentor a team of family lawyers and support staff
- Take ownership of client relationships and ongoing strategy for the practice
- Work collaboratively with other Family Law Partners
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice law in Victoria
- Minimum 8 years post-admission experience in Family Law (those with more years of experience are encouraged to apply)
- Accredited Specialist in Family Law (highly regarded, but not essential)
- Demonstrated ability to lead a legal team and manage complex client matters
