Senior Residential Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Care Manager to lead our care team in Melbourne. In this vital role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality care services that promote the well-being and dignity of residents.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care management, with a focus on person-centered approaches and innovative solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective care plans, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.


  1. Lead the care team: Develop and implement strategies to improve care quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
  2. Manage staff performance: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and mentoring, and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Ensure compliance: Monitor and report on regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality assurance.
  4. Develop care plans: Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans that meet their unique needs.
  5. Maintain accurate records: Document observations, incidents, and progress of residents in accordance with organizational policies.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
