We are seeking a seasoned IBM Z Security Expert to lead the migration strategy review for our organization.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on IBM mainframe security and software migration, working closely with stakeholders to assess readiness and define a secure transition plan.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a thorough review of the migration strategy to IBM Security software on Z.
  • Provide high-level consultation on IBM mainframe security architecture and controls.
  • Advise on software migration best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess current systems and define migration pathways.
  • Deliver recommendations and documentation to support secure implementation.

Required Experience
  • 20+ years of experience in IBM mainframe security and software migration.
  • Deep technical expertise in IBM Z platform and security tooling.
  • Proven track record in highly regulated environments.
  • Ability to lead strategic reviews and produce actionable deliverables.
