Behaviour Support Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver primary health, mental health, and after-hours care to promote overall well-being
  • Conduct thorough assessments, including risk and functional behaviour evaluations
  • Develop and implement evidence-informed therapies, focusing on person-centred and trauma-informed approaches

In this role, you will work closely with NDIS participants to create and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans that foster independence and promote positive outcomes.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
