Job Title: Head of Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our growth strategy as the Head of Marketing.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced marketer to drive demand generation, build high-performing teams, and collaborate with sales to maximize deal velocity.

  • Pipeline Ownership: Deliver targeted pipeline results in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Outbound Growth: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to engage decision-makers at scale.
  • Lifecycle & Nurture: Create high-converting nurture journeys with strong copy and automation.
  • CRO & Website: Own conversion rate optimization across landing pages and the website.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Track key performance metrics and refine strategy based on ROI.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep experience in demand generation.
  • Demonstrated success in owning a lead-gen or pipeline target and delivering against it.
  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and marketing automation.
