Your primary focus will be on solving claims tickets accurately and efficiently to meet service level targets. You will also be involved in delivering order-to-cash processes KPIs, cooperating with local Customer Service organizations, warehousing, distribution, and transportation teams, and ensuring compliance with financial controls.

To succeed in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Experience in claims management and customer service is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solve claims tickets accurately and efficiently.
  2. Deliver order-to-cash processes KPIs.
  3. Cooperate with local Customer Service organizations, warehousing, distribution, and transportation teams.
  4. Ensure compliance with financial controls.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

  1. High School Degree or equivalent.
  2. Advanced level of Italian language proficiency.
  3. Conversational level of English language proficiency.
  4. Customer Focus and experience in Claims Management will be an asset.
