Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Materials Engineer to join our team. This role involves developing, testing, and improving materials to ensure our products meet the highest standards of energy efficiency, durability, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and customer consultation to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to align on material specifications and production processes, ensuring optimal quality and efficiency.
- Conduct material testing, quality assurance, and optimize component proportions for fireproof boards and other products, driving innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers to develop new fire-resistant ducts and resolve technical issues in manufacturing and assembly, ensuring product excellence.
- Design and improve production processes for composite materials, enhancing product quality and efficiency.
- Facilitate certification processes, including coordinating with factory inspectors and maintaining post-certification quality, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in materials engineering, preferably in decoration and construction materials.
- In-depth knowledge of materials properties, especially in relation to energy-efficient and durable products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
