Postdoctoral Research Fellow/Implementation Scientist

Join the University of New South Wales as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow/Implementation Scientist and contribute to the development of innovative asthma programs. This fixed-term position will work closely with our expert groups to bring the evidence base up to date, coordinate the co-design of interventions, and develop resource materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis in support of intervention implementation
- Develop and promulgate tools for taking programs to scale
- Collaborate with multi-stakeholder teams, including consumers, clinicians, managers, and policy makers
- Present papers at conferences and workshops
- Lead formal literature reviews
- PhD in a relevant discipline, such as a clinical discipline, psychology, or social science
- Demonstrated understanding of the Australian health system
- Experience in primary healthcare and/or paediatric care
- Strong communication and networking skills
