We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Academic Director of Religious Studies to join our team at St Paul's Catholic College, Manly.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for leading curriculum implementation across all stages of Religious Education Courses through differentiated teaching and learning, and assessment practices that cater for all levels of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum programs that align with school priorities and standards.
  • Lead and support faculty members in delivering professional learning targeting diverse learners.
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, staff, and parish communities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to lead whole-school improvement processes and initiatives.
  • Remain a highly effective classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum implementation and professional learning.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with the executive team and faculty members.
  • A four-year trained qualification or enrollment in further study to meet Diocesan requirements.
