Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mishandled Baggage Handler. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, tracing and locating mishandled bags for international carrier clients, and reporting on damaged bags directly to the airline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate adherence to clients' requirements during an aircraft turnaround and achieving required KPIs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring carousels for issues such as belt stoppages and passenger concerns
  • Liaising with the below wing team for missing baggage
  • Recording rush bags received and reporting issues to the Baggage Services Supervisors
  • Creating and tracing files for missed or damaged bags and forwarding/delivering of baggage to passengers
