Mishandled Baggage Resolution Specialist

At Sydney International Airport, a dynamic individual is sought to spearhead mishandled baggage resolution efforts. As a key member of our airport team, you will be the first point of contact for passengers at the carousel.

About the Role:

  • Effectively check the loading details of passengers and promptly respond to any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor carousels for belt stoppages and passenger concerns, ensuring seamless baggage delivery.
  • Liaise with the below-wing team to facilitate efficient missing baggage resolution.
  • Record rush bags received and maintain accurate records.
  • Report any issues to Baggage Services Supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Utilize meticulous attention to detail to create and track files for missed or damaged bags.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering baggage to passengers efficiently.
