Job Overview

This role focuses on Human Capital Management (HCM) to drive significant IT transformation projects. You will ensure compliance with HCM systems and regulations, as well as drive enhancements across HCM systems and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing HCM processes, systems, and data flows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in planning and strategic direction of HCM-related projects to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from diverse stakeholders across various departments.
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance within HCM operations.
  • Develop comprehensive technical requirements, including functional and non-functional user stories, to support system configuration.
  • Liaise with vendors and the delivery team to ensure alignment between technical and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with the HCM Delivery Lead to ensure system configuration meets Business As Usual (BAU) requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will be a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in working on HCM projects. You will be able to determine business processes and requirements within an Agile environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
