An ADF Rehabilitation Consultant will support injured or ill personnel in their rehabilitation process, utilizing clinical reasoning skills and expertise to help them achieve full recovery and military readiness.
Job Description:- Assess and develop individualized rehabilitation plans for clients with diverse injuries and medical conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and goal achievement.
- Conduct various clinical assessments to inform treatment decisions and monitor client progress.
- Current registration or membership with the relevant industry body.
- Strong clinical reasoning abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
