Job Summary
\We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As an expert in clinical rehabilitation, you will work with clients who have suffered from injury, illness, or trauma. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
\About the Role
\In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various clinical assessments to determine the extent of the client's injury or illness. Based on these assessments, you will develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans that aim to restore the client's physical and functional abilities.
\You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that the client receives coordinated care. This may involve collaborating with medical professionals, physiotherapists, psychologists, and other relevant experts to deliver effective treatment outcomes.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\To be successful in this role, you must possess current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body. You should also have strong clinical reasoning nous and the ability to engage effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
\Furthermore, you should have experience in conducting various clinical assessments and be passionate about helping people rehabilitate. A strong understanding of clinical governance principles is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
