About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of well-maintained properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring that all operational matters are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Handle rent reviews, tribunal, and ingoing/outgoing inspections.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the property portfolio.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in property management.
  • Knowledge of Property Me.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of customer service at all times.
  • Reliable car, Certificate of Registration, and ACT drivers license.
