Job Opportunity
We are seeking experienced professionals who can deliver high-level policy advice and outcomes in a dynamic environment.
- Key responsibilities include conducting research and analysis, critically analysing issues, and providing recommendations;
- Coordinating and managing priority activities, ensuring timely delivery of results;
- Drafting policy briefs, reports, and presentations, and summarising findings and policy implications;
- Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, including government officials, executives, and ministers' offices;
- Supervising and mentoring more junior staff members as part of a high-performing team.
Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Proven ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment;
- Demonstrated experience working in a policy role, or capability to quickly acquire relevant skills;
- An ability to develop productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to negotiate outcomes and deliver complex advice;
- The ability to exercise judgement, operate independently, and manage competing priorities;
- Adaptability, including effective management of day-to-day work changes;
- The ability to lead and mentor team members as part of an inclusive team.
