Job Title: Legal Support Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to support Senior Partners in delivering strategic guidance and tailored solutions to high-net-worth clients based in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Supporting the team with general files management, administration, and diary management.
  • Preparing legal correspondence and compiling court documents.
  • Handling client billing and file management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A proven track record in a legal support role.
  • A natural passion for helping people and high level of empathy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
  • A positive, can-do, and proactive attitude.
