About the Role
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across a range of acuity levels, ensuring clinical interventions are safe, effective, and aligned with industry regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and healthcare teams to support safe, timely patient transport and accurate handovers.
  • Mentor junior staff, maintain professional registration and competencies through ongoing education and accreditation, and lead by example.
  • Uphold safety and infection control standards, ensuring vehicles and equipment are ready, and work practices meet regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, using resources efficiently, participating in quality assurance activities, and promoting incident reporting for service enhancement.
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registration in Paramedicine
  • Valid New South Wales Driver's Licence
  • Availability for a variety of day and afternoon shifts 7 days a week
  • NEPT experience is a plus, but not essential
