As an integral part of our agile teams, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and interpret business needs and processes, leveraging technical and non-technical insights. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing effective solutions that align with organisational goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and interpret business needs and processes within strategic programs and agile teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out innovative solutions
  • Develop current and future state business process maps and conduct assessments to pinpoint areas for improvement
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across various projects, including digital initiatives, CRM, telephony, partners, data, and marketing

What You Need:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a digital transformation project
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit, interpret, analyse, and translate complex business information from a range of sources into documented solutions
  • Energy and/or financial services industry experience highly regarded
  • Process mapping experience, use of systems such as Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) is highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised, and structured approach to managing workload and prioritisation
  • Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business analysis

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
