Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled naval architect to join our team in delivering comprehensive design and engineering services for naval ships.

This role involves providing leadership and line management to the general design engineering discipline, planning and coordinating assigned projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engineering services for naval ships, including systems responsible for naval architecture design activities.
  • Work effectively within the broader engineering team by engaging and working with different engineering disciplines.
  • Plan and coordinate assigned engineering projects from concept through to delivery, including the development of project plans, schedule, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in an engineering function.
  • Experience in a technical and industrial Defence environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead, motivate, and manage an engineering team.
