Role Overview
A Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling successful project delivery by ensuring clarity, traceability and alignment of business requirements.
They engage proactively with stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document comprehensive business and functional requirements. This includes translating business needs into clear, actionable documentation such as requirements traceability matrixes, process maps, use cases, user stories and detailed specifications.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
- Partner with project managers and business teams to ensure proposed solutions align with project goals and broader organisational strategy.
- Conduct current state assessments and contribute to the design of future state processes, systems and capabilities.
- Support the development of business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and feasibility assessments.
- Contribute to testing activities, including test planning and coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Maintain and enhance business analysis PMO documentation and governance frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of Business Analysis experience and relevant aged care sector and/or health industry knowledge. IIBA Certifications are highly regarded.
