Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team for a major transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements in an agile environment.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs
  • Act as a trusted Scrum Lead ensuring priorities are clear and developers remain focused
Requirements:
  • Strong background in payments, financial services, or other large transactional systems
  • Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements in agile projects
  • Confidence managing prioritisation, sprint progress, and stakeholder expectations in agile teams
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Additional Information:

Initial contract: 12 months, with potential extension or transition to a permanent position
