Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with mental health conditions, including assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote positive outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
- Current registration as a Psychiatric Liaison Nurse with a relevant healthcare organization.
- Proven experience in mental health nursing, with a focus on liaison and clinical care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including AM, PM, and Nights shifts.
