High Voltage Cable Termination Specialist Required
Overview
An experienced High Voltage Cable Termination Specialist is sought to work on high voltage cable projects up to 33KV in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in terminating high voltage cables.
Main Responsibilities
- Terminating HV Cables up to 33KV using Raychem, Nexans, and other products
- Installation of HV Substations, Switchgears, Transformers, and Earthing systems
- Development of job specific JSA's and conducting Pre-starts for safety audits
- Planning and reporting of termination activities
- Effective communication with team members and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Australian 'A' Grade Electrical License
- HV Termination Product Competencies or Equivalent
- Cert III Distribution Cable Jointing (VESI) would be an advantage
- Construction Industry White Card
- Full Victorian Drivers Licence
- Current LVR & CPR
