Strong Technical & Practical Experience

One of Australia's largest electrical & communications contractors is looking to engage the services of a High Voltage Cable Terminator/Jointer with experience in Terminating HV Cables up to 33KV.

Responsibilities
  • High voltage installations, cable jointing and terminating up to 33KV
  • Familiar with Raychem, Nexans and other HV terminating products in the market
  • Regular A Grade fieldwork including installation of HV substations, switchgear, transformers and earthing systems
  • Developing job-specific JSA's, conducting pre-starts and carrying out safety audits
  • Planning and reporting skills
  • Effective communication skills
Essential Qualifications
  • Victorian A Grade Electrical License
  • HV Termination Product Competencies or Equivalent
  • Certificate III Distribution Cable Jointing (VESI) would be an advantage
  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Full Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Current LVR & CPR

Remuneration and package will be developed depending on abilities and experience based on present Stowe VIC EBA Conditions.
