About the Role
  • Reporting to the Team Lead, you will collaborate with a small team to serve various clients in both the private and public sectors.
  • Involving local travel, this position combines specific one-off assessments such as Vocational Assessments, Labour Market Assessments, Psychological Pre-Employment Assessments, and Case Management Activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rehabilitation Case Management for clients
  • Single Service Assessments
  • Negotiating positive outcomes for multiple stakeholders
  • Assisting injured workers in returning to suitable paid employment
  • Facilitating independence in workers to return to work

What Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Will You Have?

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Eligibility for Provisional registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority or Eligibility for ASORC Membership
  • New graduates welcome to apply
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Excellent communication skills – both written & verbal
  • Strong aptitude for time management & goal-setting
  • Strong report writing abilities
  • Ability to work independently
  • A positive, solution-focused outlook
