Senior Water Resources Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced water resources engineer to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering local projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver local projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery.
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders and assist in project delivery across various sectors.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters; collaborate across engineering disciplines.
- Apply drainage engineering expertise to contribute to project design and delivery in diverse markets.
- Lead client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in civil engineering & CPEng are highly regarded. You should have strong client focus, high level of motivation and dedication, and the ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and communicate with various stakeholders, are essential. An appetite for fast-paced project delivery, and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, is also required.
