Ground Transport Officer

We are seeking a skilled Ground Transport Officer to join our team at Perth Airport, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all visitors.

The role involves guiding airport visitors, delivering outstanding service, conducting patrols and routine inspections, and identifying hazards or defects. To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • Proven history of working within a customer service space
  • Approachable manner and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Great listening skills and communication abilities
  • The composure to handle challenging situations
  • A full Driver's Licence
  • A WACE certificate (or equivalent)
  • Experience in Basic Worksite Traffic Management and Traffic Control (pre-requisite Construction White Card) or the willingness to obtain these qualifications

Bonus qualifications include experience in RIIWHS302D - Implement traffic management plan and RIIWHS250D - Control Traffic with a stop-slow bat, as well as a First Aid qualification.
