The Position
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our client's team as an Office Administrator. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing front desk reception, and handling various administrative tasks.
Job Description
Your primary duties will include:
- Sales administration, including creating contracts, sale authorities, and CMAs
- Managing sales campaigns from start to finish, including scheduling photography and brochures
- Responding to property inquiries and assisting with scheduling OFIs
- Providing administrative support to the sales team and director
- Managing the front desk reception and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation
- Performing other administrative duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in sales administration within the real estate sector
- A current Agents Representative Certificate (Cert IV)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Agentbox, although not essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills and a flexible approach
