Senior Credit Analyst - Commercial Property Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Analyst to join our Commercial Property Lending team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and completing complex credit submissions for commercial property lending proposals.

You will work closely with the Head of Lending and key stakeholders to prepare and manage credit submissions, conduct tenancy reviews, and maintain the lending team's commercial loan portfolio analytics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough credit analyses and preparing comprehensive credit submissions for commercial property lending proposals
  • Collaborating with the Head of Lending and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies for managing the lending team's commercial loan portfolio
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of credit submissions and tenancy reviews
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on credit-related matters to colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working within the commercial lending property sector
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
