Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Leader to lead our delivery operations. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in IT services delivery, with expertise in Enterprise & Custom Applications and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Heading the Practice Delivery charter servicing to all the SMUs.
  • Accountable for Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, Margin, and Quality of Delivery.
  • Drive growth numbers for the Unit and lead the team to deliver.
  • Thought Leadership around Data & Analytics and Business insights.

Key Skills / Functional Competency:

  • Leveraging Technology - Knowledge of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools, and systems) to build efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Program Management - Execute projects with end-outcome and process focus.
  • Market Intelligence - Deep understanding of the ecosystem practice, overall market, and competition.
  • Domain/Industry Knowledge - Awareness and knowledge of broad economic, demographic, technological, and global trends within own ecosystem.
  • Systems Thinking - Understanding the system (interrelatedness, interdependencies, and boundaries) and perform problem solving in a complex environment.
  • Asset reusability - ability to re-use assets to ensure scalability and optimization.
  • Technical knowledge - architecture design principles, framework, and documentation.
