The role of the MetLife Retail Insurance Growth Manager is pivotal in driving business growth by forging new distribution partnerships with key financial advice businesses and strengthening existing relationships. This individual will lead the development of a panel of trusted advisors, provide proactive sales support across various regions, and represent the organization at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development Strategy

  • Collaborate with strategic accounts to implement effective account plans that enhance sales via priority licensee groups.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with influential industry figures to identify new advisor opportunities and expand the company's local market presence.

  • Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of MetLife's retail insurance offerings.
  • Model exemplary sales behavior and maintain a positive sales culture.

Qualifications Required:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (business or marketing/communications major) are desirable.
  • A minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  • RG146 accreditation.
