Payroll Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team at Southside Staffing Solutions. This is a permanent opportunity in the Construction Industry, located in Kurnell.

About the Role

This role will involve managing the weekly payroll for approximately 220+ staff, including EBA for site staff and individual agreements for other staff. You will also be responsible for superannuation, ACIRT, long service leave entitlements, payroll tax, leave management, payroll enquiries, and reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Weekly payroll processing for 220+ staff
  • EBA and individual agreements management
  • Superannuation and ACIRT administration
  • Long service leave entitlements management
  • Payroll tax compliance
  • Leave management and payroll enquiries
  • Reporting and payroll reconciliations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience
  • Greentree Accounting Software skills (training can be provided)
  • Deputy and Assignar Time & Attendance system experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What We Offer
