Payroll Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team at Southside Staffing Solutions. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll for approximately 220+ staff, including EBA for site staff and individual agreements for other staff. You will also be responsible for superannuation, ACIRT, long service leave entitlements, payroll tax, leave management, payroll enquiries, and payroll reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Weekly payroll processing for 220+ staff
  • Manage EBA and individual agreements
  • Superannuation and ACIRT administration
  • Long service leave entitlements and payroll tax
  • Leave management and payroll enquiries
  • Payroll reconciliations and reporting
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years payroll experience
  • Greentree Accounting Software experience (training can be provided)
  • Deputy and Assignar Time & Attendance system experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Location and Salary:

Kurnell, with a negotiable salary depending on experience.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
