Job Title: Project Manager

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement performance tuning solutions for cloud and in-house applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement custom coding in Java to build custom tools for performance optimization.
  • Design and implement performance tuning solutions and roadmaps for cloud and in-house applications.
  • Develop non-functional requirements for new and old platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct capacity planning and chaos engineering to identify performance bottlenecks.
  • Utilize various performance tuning tools to optimize application performance.
  • Lead performance test plans and test cases for Big Data, Payment's solutions, and multi-cloud applications.
  • Analyze performance test results to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements.
  • Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts to ensure consistent results.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines.
  • Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS services for performance testing and optimization.
  • Work with Cloudera Big Data technologies, Payments, Channel, Kafka, microservices, Teradata, and Oracle.
  • Manage batch processes and scheduling to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members on performance testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Big Data performance testing and cloud technologies.

  • Excellent customer interfacing skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance bottlenecks.
