Senior User Experience Designer

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to play a pivotal role in our evolving CPA Learning Ecosystem. Reporting to the UX Manager, you'll represent the UX capability across the organisation and lead planning, facilitation, and collaboration efforts while applying a broad spectrum of UX methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
• Insight-Led Design: Leverage enterprise journey frameworks and research during discovery and design to ensure designs meet customer needs. Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows. Plan and conduct usability testing to identify issues and validate design decisions.
• Strong Design Leadership: Provide design leadership across strategic projects and foster high design standards. Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system. Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Communication: Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly to cross-functional teams.

About You:
Demonstrated experience in senior UX design roles for web and mobile platforms. Strong portfolio and a commitment to continual development, with excellent facilitation skills. Proficient in UX research, design, and testing methodologies, including user testing, interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Ability to deliver customer-centric, iterative product solutions, translating strategy into execution. Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to manage tight deadlines. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks, with experience using Agile tools. Decisive, objective, and rational decision-maker, capable of delivering on a vision using a DVF approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
