Electrical Infrastructure Manager Position

The Electrical Infrastructure Manager plays a key role in supporting and leading a regional team responsible for constructing, operating, and maintaining the underground distribution network. They contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Program of Work (PoW) activities.

  • They collaborate with the Works Delivery Manager to enhance crew utilization and drive performance and productivity of the team.
  • They upskill team members' technical skills and ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
About You

The successful candidate will have demonstrated significant experience within an electrical environment and proven experience leading a team of tradespeople/technical professionals.

  • They must be able to navigate challenging situations and take decisive action to achieve positive outcomes.
  • They possess commercial acumen and business insight capabilities, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive results.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing compliance and quality standards
  2. Driving the performance and productivity of the team
