Strategic Electrical Network Manager

The Electrical Infrastructure Manager plays a key role in supporting and leading a regional team responsible for constructing, operating, and maintaining the underground distribution network. They contribute to and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Program of Work (PoW) activities.
- They collaborate with the Works Delivery Manager to enhance crew utilization and drive performance and productivity of the team.
- They upskill team members' technical skills and ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated significant experience within an electrical environment and proven experience leading a team of tradespeople/technical professionals.
- They must be able to navigate challenging situations and take decisive action to achieve positive outcomes.
- They possess commercial acumen and business insight capabilities, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing compliance and quality standards
- Driving the performance and productivity of the team
- Upskilling team members' technical skills
- Collaborating with the Works Delivery Manager
