About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Account Manager to join our Asia Pacific East Sales and Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision makers at our customer sites, continuously promoting Metso's value-added offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver profitable business growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the after-market business area and investment/capex opportunities for the wider business.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of any Metso function at the site, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Seek and coordinate the best resources and channels to be used for customer-facing activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Understand our customer's business and present Metso's added value to drive site sales activities and cross-organizational site account team.
  • Maintain and share information on installed base, performance, and shutdown schedules to ensure continuous improvement activities.
  • Orchestrate customer satisfaction surveys and closed-loop activities to drive business growth and improve customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering discipline, or a trade qualification from college or technical school.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining industry, with a strong understanding of mining processes and operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in using CRM systems.
