Senior People & Culture Advisor

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people and culture strategy, with experience in coaching and advising senior leaders on talent and performance outcomes.

  • Support the evolution of the company's people and culture strategy.
  • Investigate grievances and complaints, recommend and manage disciplinary outcomes as required.
  • Participate in/lead projects to improve workplace health and safety practices globally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing coaching and support to leaders in relation to employee matters, including performance, talent, engagement, termination, attendance, and development.
  • Managing key P&C lifecycle activities globally, including performance reviews, salary reviews, KPI development, and project management.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in coaching and advising senior leaders on people-related issues.
  • End-to-end experience with annual business activities such as performance and remuneration reviews, KPI development.
  • A high level of emotional intelligence and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft 365, particularly MS Excel and HR software tools.
